Elliptical Needle Loom

The Elliptical Needle Loom adopts modularized design. As the pre-punching machine, its elliptical needle track can realize the result of high speed, large capacity and uniform surface finish. It can achieve intelligent operation, maintenance and production management with other intelligent units.

Complete Set of Spunlace Nonwoven Production Line

The line consists of fiber feeding, blending and opening, web-forming and hydro entanglement, drying, winding and water treatment system. The products are widely used for hygiene and cosmetic materials (wiper, wet tissue, masks, etc.), medical materials (operating coats, bandage, etc.) and PU/PVC substrate etc.

Complete Equipment for Air-through Bonding Production Line

The line consists of fiber feeding, blending and opening, web-forming and hot-air bonding and winding. The product is widely used in disposable diapers, women’s sanitary napkins and adult incontinence products.

GZS17 Pre-wet Sizing Box:

It adopts pre-wet+ single nip and single dip technology and is suitable for sizing process of staple fiber such as cotton, flax and etc. The new structure can improve the sizing quality and save the size stuff and energy. The machine is equipped with an automatic control device to realize online real-time detection and automatic control of pick-up rate.

G1739-240 Rapier Loom:

G1739 high speed rapier loom, at 750RPM, as an advanced loom, with production efficiency at 95%, can realize efficient production with low energy consumption and fewer malfunctions, low vibration and low noise, and eventually achieve low-cost production. Customized working width is available from 190 to 380 cm.

ZKB616-180 Filament Winder:

ZKB616-180 high-speed winder can effectively reduce threading time and improve production efficiency; it suits for automation equipment such as auto-doffing with various solutions.

Working width：BH 1800mm length, 16 ends and max.process speed is 4800m/min.
